Quazi Tafsirul Islam is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Economics, North South University (NSU), where he has been teaching Strategic Management, Negotiations, and Human Resources since 2017. He is the Coordinator of NSU Startups Next (NSU SN), fostering entrepreneurship among students, and previously served as Faculty Advisor to the NSU HR Club, mentoring the team in organizing prominent national events. An internationally certified Trainer, Academic, and Researcher, Tafsir possesses over a decade of experience in Research, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Banking, and Investment.
