For more than a decade, I’ve been working at the crossroads of teaching, research, and consulting. My journey has taken me from classrooms to boardrooms, where I’ve had the chance to guide students, advise organizations, and contribute to global conversations on sustainability and responsible management.
At North South University, I teach Strategy and Human Resources. Beyond the university, I serve as a Series Editor at Emerald Publishing, and I founded Bengal Consulting Group to connect research with real-world business challenges.
My mission is simple: to take the rigor of academic research and make it meaningful — for students, for businesses, and for communities striving toward a more sustainable future.
